1. About Us

Trust Cleaning Arizona LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona. We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and surrounding Arizona communities. Contact us at hello@trustcleaningaz.com.

2. Services

We offer the following cleaning services, subject to availability in your area:

• Residential maid service (recurring and one-time)
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Commercial office cleaning

All services are subject to scheduling availability and confirmation by Trust Cleaning Arizona LLC. We reserve the right to decline service to any location or client at our sole discretion. Services are currently available in Maricopa County, Arizona, including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Queen Creek.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided through our website are approximate price ranges based on the information you provide (property type, size, and service selected). The final price is confirmed prior to the start of each cleaning appointment.

Prices may vary based on the actual condition of the property, additional services requested on-site, or factors not captured during the estimate process. We will notify you of any price adjustments before beginning work. You are not obligated to proceed if the final price differs from the estimate.

4. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting your phone number through our website — whether via our estimate form, booking form, or contact form — you expressly consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, to receive autodialed calls, prerecorded voice messages, and text messages (SMS/MMS) from Trust Cleaning Arizona LLC at the number provided, for scheduling, reminders, estimates, follow-ups, and promotional purposes.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may opt out of calls by notifying us at hello@trustcleaningaz.com or by verbally requesting removal during any call. We contact customers only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Arizona time.

Even if your number appears on a federal or state Do Not Call registry, your voluntary submission of your phone number through our consent form constitutes express written consent to be contacted as described above.

5. Booking & Scheduling

• All bookings are subject to availability confirmation by our team.
• You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message once your booking is confirmed.
• You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult (18+) is present or that proper access instructions are provided on the day of service.
• If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, with as much advance notice as possible.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full cancellation or rescheduling at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply.
• Same-day cancellation or lockout: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price may be charged.
• To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@trustcleaningaz.com as soon as possible.

7. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for the services rendered.

For recurring service plans, you authorize Trust Cleaning Arizona LLC to charge your payment method on file after each completed cleaning appointment. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time with at least 24 hours notice before the next scheduled appointment.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, contact us at hello@trustcleaningaz.com within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the identified areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific tasks included in your booked service. It does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or areas not included in the original service scope.

9. Access to Property & Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for securing or removing valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects before our team arrives.
• Please secure pets in a separate area during the cleaning appointment for the safety of both your pets and our staff.
• You agree to provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals, free from harassment or hazardous conditions.
• You are responsible for disclosing any hazardous materials, biohazards, or special conditions at the property prior to service.

10. Insurance & Liability

Trust Cleaning Arizona LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team's negligence, we will work with you to assess and address the situation. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, with photographic evidence where possible.

Our liability for any single claim is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from improper storage or securing of items, or normal wear and tear. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trust Cleaning Arizona LLC and its members, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on trustcleaningaz.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trust Cleaning Arizona LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@trustcleaningaz.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, we disclaim all warranties relating to our website and services.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
